It is common to schedule project activities first, then the utilization of equipment and its operating crew is planned based on such schedule. Real world experiences indicate that activity scheduling can be heavily impacted by the resources needed. Measurements of the maximum transmittance of an in-plane switching liquid crystal display showed that it increases as rubbing angle is increased from 10 to 20°. This dependence was analysed in terms of the local variation of electric field intensity between electrodes, which in turn makes liquid crystal at various positions between the electrodes rotate to different angles. The local variation of electric field becomes prominent, especially in the case that the distance between the electrodes is much larger than the cell gap or electrode width.  相似文献

Three algorithms based on the bifurcation method are applied to solving the D4 symmetric positive solutions to the boundary value problem of Henon equation. Taking r in Henon equation as a bi- furcation parameter, the D4-Σd(D4-Σ1, D4-Σ2) symmetry-breaking bifurcation points on the branch of the D4 symmetric positive solutions are found via the extended systems. Finally, Σd(Σ1, Σ2) sym- metric positive solutions are computed by the branch switching method based on the Liapunov-Schmidt reduction.  相似文献

In this paper we study the mean-square (MS) stability of the Milstein method for linear stochastic delay integro-differential equations (SDIDE) with Markovian switching by extending the techniques of [Z. Wang, C. Zhang, An analysis of stability of Milstein method for stochastic differential equations with delay, Computers and Mathematics with Applications 51 (2006) 1445–1452; L. Ronghua, H. Yingmin, Convergence and stability of numerical solutions to SDDEs with Markovian switching, Applied Mathematics and Computation 175 (2006) 1080–1091]. It is established that the Milstein method is MS-stable for linear stochastic delay differential equations (Wang and Zhang (2006); in the above reference). Here we prove that it is MS-stable for linear SDIDE with Markovian switching also under suitable conditions on the integral term. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the theoretical results.  相似文献

The site occupation of indium solutes in Ni2Al3-type compounds was determined using perturbed angular correlation of gamma rays. Measurements were made for compositions on both sides of the stoichiometric composition. Sites were identified through their quadrupole interactions. For transition-metal (TM) rich aluminides and galliumides, indium solutes occupy only one of two inequivalent trivalent-metal sites (Al or Ga). For TM-poor aluminides, indium solutes tend to locate at noncrystallographic sites such as in grain boundaries. For TM-poor galliumides, the solutes occupy nickel sites while close to the stoichiometric composition they also occupy sites on an empty Ni-sublattice. Composition dependences of site preference for indium solutes in Pt2Al3 and Ni2Ga3 are examined in terms of a recently developed thermodynamic model. The thermal decomposition paths of pyridinium tetra chlorocopper(II) (A) differs from the anilinium tetra chlorocopper(II) (B). In the case of pyridinium tetra chlorocopper(II) it loses two molecules of pyridinium hydrochloride and CuCl2 is formed in the temperature range of 140–350 °C. Whereas the anilinium tetra chlorocopper(II) (B) loses one mole of anilinum hydrochoride along with one molecule of aniline. The compound B has a well define structural change taking place in the region of 70–110 °C which is reflected in DSC as well as resistance measurements. The p-methoxy anilinium tetra chlorocopper(II) monohydrate (C) shows solvatochromicity. The absorption maximum of p-methoxy anilinium tetra chlorocopper(II)monohydrate in acetonitrile (460 nm) changes to 570 nm on addition of methanol. The absorption at 570 nm can be switched back to 460 nm by suppression of ligand exchange with addition of hydrochloric acid. Thus, chemically driven optical switching properties can be observed.  相似文献
